Pricing:
Pricing on specialty cakes is done on a cake by cake basis. The price of your cake will depend on the intricacy of its design and the size you will require.

Standard shaped wedding cakes start at $4 per serving and go up. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all wedding cakes.

Our price schedule for a Basic Cake is indicated in the table below. Katana Cakes defines a Basic Cake as a single layer, standard shaped layer cake with buttercream icing. Click here for Basic Cake examples. Stacked cakes, intricate designs, and exotic fillings will add to the price.

Baby cakes start at $150 (for something like Smeez pose). Price increases for more complex poses and additional objects.
Delivery:    
Katana Cakes offers free delivery within a five mile radius of our location on off-peak hours. Deliveries further away and/or during Los Angeles rush hour will be billed at $15 per drive hour (assessed in 15 minute increments).

Due to the delicate nature of our work, we do not ship our cakes.
 
Ordering:
At this time, we only take phone orders. We value the chance to talk with you about your specific needs and wish to get the order exactly as you like it. We require at least ONE WEEK advanced notice, especially for sculpted and specialty cakes, but we encourage you to book as early as possible to guarantee your special day and to give us the opportunity to devote as much attention and care as your special cake deserves!

We can occasionally accommodate rush orders but the price of all such cakes will be doubled.

 
Payment:
All orders over $250 require a non-refundable 50% deposit. We accept cash, check, bank-to-bank transfers, or Paypal.
