A: Our products are backed by our 100% Guarantee Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it and we will refund the purchase price. Or we will happily exchange it. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Q: Are gift certificates available?
A: Yes! In any amount over $5.00. Send us an email indicating the amount you wish the gift certificate to be and we will send you an online invoice to pay by credit card. Otherwise, send us a money order or check to: Exotic Tropics, P.O. Box 1155, Topanga, CA 90290 and we will mail your certifcate out to you. Gift certificates do not expire. They are not redeemable for cash.

A: Natural means different things to different people and in the world of beauty and cosmetics, its definition is not easily defined. Many products are labelled natural although they contain many man-made chemicals. Here at Exotic Tropics, our mission is to create products that are desirable and safe. When considering ingredients, we look at the benefits and its potential risks before using. We stay as close to all-natural as we can get, however, we are not willing to risk your health and safety. Not all of our products need preservatives, but those that need them, have them. The bottom line is our committment to your health and well-being and to creating products that you will love.
